Carrera Towers – This 3 buildings development located right across from Richmond Centre Mall has a total of 335 units of apartments and townhouses. We supplied and installed all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and countertops and other dimensional stone products for the common area.  This project was finished in October, 2015.

Colborne Lane Ph1 &2 – This project consists of 95 three and four bedroom, duplex-style townhomes located on Burke Mountain, Coquitlam. We fabricated and installed all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for this project, which was completed by summer 2016.

Ashbury & Oak Ph 1 - 4 – This project, which was completed in summer 2017, consists of a total of 161 three and four bedroom townhouses located in Langley's Willoughby neighbourhood. We supplied all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the townhouses and the counters and other dimensional stone products for the common area.

Fairwinds Phase 1-4 – The newest collection of 147 three and four bedroom townhomes within Polygon's master-planned community of Hampton Cover in Ladner. This project was completed in summer 2017 and our company fabricated and installed all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for these townhouses.

Hampton Clubhouse – A private resort-style clubhouse for the Hampton Cover community located in Ladner, which we supplied countertops and other dimensional stone products for.

The Laureates – This project, which was completed in winter 2016, consists of 215 units of parkside high-rise apartments located in the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Our scope of work for this project includes all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and countertops and other dimensional stone products for the common area.

The Windsor – The northwest high-rise residences at Polygon’s landmark masterplanned community of Windsor Gate in Coquitlam Town Centre. This project, completed in summer 2016, has a total of 189 units and we supplied all the kitchen and bathroom countertops and other dimensional stone products.

Cates Landing – a unique collection of 95 units of waterfront townhomes and apartments in North Vancouver, completed in winter 2017. We supplied all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and fireplace mantles for the townhouses. In addition, we also fabricated and installed countertops and other dimensional stone products for the common area.

Stanton House – The 2 buildings at Stanton House (located near Burquitlam Skytrain Station in West Coquitlam) has a total of 132 units of one and two bedroom apartments. Our scope of work for this project, completed in summer 2017, includes all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and countertops and other dimensional stone products for the commons area.

Rhythm – this 2 building waterfront development by Polygon, located beside the Fraser River, has a total of 145 units of one and two bedroom apartments. We supplied and installed all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and the common area. This project was completed in October, 2017.

R+R – This high-rise waterfront development located in Vancouver has a total of 99 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Our company supplied and installed all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and countertops and other dimensional stone products for the common area. This project was finished in early 2018.

Midori – This 37-storey residential tower located near Metrotown, Burnaby, has a total of 253 units of two bedroom apartments and cityhomes. Our scope of work for this project includes the supply and installation of all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the residential units and countertops and other dimensional stone products for the common area.  This project started in winter 2017 and we are still activity working on this project.

Prescott Commons – Located in South Surrey, this 2 building development has a total of 248 apartment units. We are responsible for the supply and installation of all the kitchen and bathroom countertops and other dimensional stone products for this project, which started by the end of 2017.

The Lloyd – This high-rise development by Polygon Home, located across from Coquitlam Town Centre, has a total of 179 two and three bedroom apartment units. Our company is responsible for the supply and installation of all the kitchen and bathroom countertops and other dimensional stone products for this project, which started in winter 2017.

Seven Peaks – a collection of 70 three and four bedroom townhouses located in Squamish. Our scope of work includes the fabrication and installation for all the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the townhouses and sales office. This project started in spring 2017.
